Sugar was picked up as a stray, so we, unfortunately, do not know her backstory. Sugar is very scared when she meets new people. When she first gets to your home, any open door she will run out of, hence the requirement for a fenced in yard and a recommendation for an adopter than has experience with rescue dogs and this type of situation. But, with everything that this little girl has gone through, she is as sweet as pie and learned that she loves attention and cuddles.
