Winnie seems shy and fearful when in her kennel, but when she comes outside, she comes out of her shell. The city police forced the owner to surrender poor little Winnie, for she was always tied to a tree in the front yard with no food or water. Winnie is a pretty girl, chocolate fur and gold eyes. She is believed to be a mix of a chocolate lab and a pit bull terrier, and she is only a year and one half old. She weighs about 45 pounds but could stand to put on a few pounds. Winnie needs to know how good life can be. She needs to feel loved and valued. She needs to know that she will never be hungry or thirsty again! Winnie has been spayed. Who can give Winnie the home that she doesn't even know yet she wants?
