My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

ADOPTED!Meet Domino, a 6 month old Shih-Poo. He has completed his puppy vaccinations, has been wormed, and is on monthly Heartworm preventative. He is on the schedule for his neuter with our vet in a couple of weeks. Domino is a happy little guy, in spite of only having vision in his right eye. It seems he lost use of his left eye when he was injured while still with his mom/litter. It doesn't slow him down, but sometimes in his excitement he forgets he's not seeing the left side of where he is going and runs into things, so he needs a home that can help him be safe and not hurt his remaining eye in his zest to have fun and play with other dogs. He's had little leash training and loves to zoom and play in our fenced yard. He sleeps quietly in a crate at night and keeps it clean. During the day, he spends some time in an exercise pen to stay safe from bigger dogs walking on him. We do NOT adopt to homes with children under the age of ten years as most of our dogs have come from backgrounds not being used to even adult contact.
