ADOPTED! THANK YOU for all the applications and inquiries - we were overwhelmed with wonderful homes wanting Doris! 8-18-19 Doris is a TINY little wisp of a dog, Yorkie and Maltese mix! She weighs slightly less than 4 pounds. Because of her size, other dogs in the household need to be tiny or respectful of a small dog. She is submissive so could be hurt easily. Doris does like to play with her buddy next door in an ex pen named Domino, a 6 month old Shihpoo, but together, he wrestles her to the ground and gets too rough. Doris has a grade two luxating patella that does not require surgery, but she does like to carry that back left foot at times. Our vet thinks it's probably a habit learned when she was on wire in a breeding facility. Doris would love a home to pamper and care for her like she's a princess. She has had her vetting completed and is working on doing better with house training. She's had no leash training as we're still trying to learn pottying in the fenced yard. She's playful and loves toys and chew bones. We think she would do best with another little friend her size.
