My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lady is an 8 year old Schnauzer mix girl who finds herself in rescue due to her original owners health. A loving Samaritan took Lady in and helped her find SRC. What a lucky girl!

Lady entered rescue with some very itchy eyes and skin. After several trips to the vet, her skin is feeling and looking great. Her eyes remained an issue and we are told she has chronic dry eye. She will need eye drops for the remainder of her life. (Very inexpensive) While at the vet this girl also received all her vaccinations, spay, micro-chip, and also checked for parasites and heart worm. Very lucky all her tests were negative and she is now on preventative. Did we mention she also received some blood work and a dental?

Lady now spends her days with her foster family & other fur kids. She loves to go for walks and play with her soft toys. She learns very quickly and is easy to follow a routine. She is housebroken and crate trained, and even knows the doggy door. She also loves her car rides.

Lady is very loving and loves attention. She is a quiet girl but loves to howl when its feeding time! She’s a hoot.

She is a sweet girl and will definitely bring a lot of joy to her forever family!
Preferably in a home with another dog and fenced yard. Good with kids.
