My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Honey is a pit mix around 2 years old. She's a.petite girl at only 48 lbs. Sadly this darling girl arrived to our shelter as a stray, recently having puppies. Her family never came for her but that's okay, we will find her the best forever home!
Honey wants to be loved on constantly. She is good with dogs but is very intrigued by cats, so she's looking for a feline free home. She hasn't been around kiddos yet but with how sweet she is we don't see that being an issue. She had a few accidents at first but is learning to wait until she's outside.
Unfortunately, Honey's previous family did not keep her updated on preventatives, so she is now heartworm positive. Please don't let that scare you off, it is treatable especially in a young dog.
