My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cute little Casey appears to be a 4 - 5 year old Border Terrier mix that weighs in at a nice 35 pounds. He is up to date on his vaccinations, neutered and house trained. However, more frequent potty breaks would be an ideal situation for him. I think we can all relate to that sometimes :o).
Casey REALLY enjoys his walks and sometimes breaks into a little trot. He does pull on the leash and we are working with him on his leash manners. Casey is a smart cookie and we have no doubt that he will master those leash manners with some patience from a foster or adoptive family.
In the kennel, Casey can be a bit vocal when people approach his kennel. This is more of a kennel anxiety and perhaps a bit of insecurity. However, once Casey is out of the kennel, he is a fun little dog. He also loves being with his peeps. It's important for Casey to be with his humans as he loves affection. We believe a perfect family for Casey would be an adult family or a family with respectful older children. As with all dogs, we always recommend the entire family come to a meet and greet.
