Here's what the humans have to say about me:
The names Chuck! I am a very sweet calm boy who can also be playful! I am very quiet in my crate and amazingly potty trained. I also go into my crate on command. I would love a home where I can cuddle with my humans on the couch or in bed! I do not destroy things and have not chewed a single thing in my foster home, that's why my foster mom gives me the best toys and blankets!
I love to go on walks and explore the neighborhood and sniff all the other dog smells. My foster mom tells me whoever adopts me is one lucky person since I am a ball of perfection. I love kids because they like to entertain me and throw my ball for me. There is nothing better than running back and forth with my tennis ball! Won't you commit to throwing my ball for me for the rest of my adorable life?
**I was diagnosed with KCS and an ulcer (dry eye) in one eye and have already lost vision due to poor care. It is likely congenital or degenerative and will not resolve, but tear production will improve on eye medication that he will need to be on twice daily for the remainder of my life.
**Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit, and once approved a meet and greet with the dog. Please do not apply if pets in the home are not up to date per our website requirements or are not altered.
Wisconsin applications are priority, but Illinois applications will be considered if no small children are present in the home, the home is owned, and excellent vet reference can be provided. We cannot process applications from other states.
Adoption fee is $350.
