Hi, my name is Neo. I am a very nice lab mix boy that just needs help learning some manners. I will be going into the Puppies for Parole program soon to help me. If you are interested in meeting me before I go in, I would love to see you. If not, check back to get updates on how I am doing. I am a smart boy and want to find my new home soon so, I will work hard.
