My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Olive is a special needs kitty who came to us when her previous rescuer was moving and unable to take Olive with her. Olive had to have her front right leg amputated after being hit by a car. The story we were told is that Olive was a stray who lived under the dumpsters at an apartment complex and often nursed orphaned kittens. When she was hit by a car and her leg was broken, because of the constant nursing, she was calcium deficient and the break wouldn’t heal. Olive is an incredibly sweet girl who LOVES to be rubbed! She must be INDOORS ONLY and is ok with dogs as long as they don't chase her. Despite her amputation, she is very agile and gets around very well. Her purrs are more like squeaks or chirps (you can hear this in her video). She is very friendly with people and other cats. She's a very happy girl who purrs constantly and just wants someone to love who will pet her and give her lots of affection!
