Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This sweet as pie boy is Benji! Found locally very malnourished and limping, Benji was found to have an old break in his rear leg that has healed and calcified. The vet recommended leaving the leg intact and as is, but he will always have a limp. He is super cute and friendly, is about 1 year old, weighs approx. 40 pounds, updated on all age appropriate vaccinations, de-wormed, heart worm negative, and neutered. He did test positive for Lyme disease but is currently on Doxycycline antibiotics for treatment. His young age will make it that much easier for house training and new family adjustment. He's very sweet and ready for a loving fur-ever home. He would make anyone a great loyal and faithful companion. His adoption fee is $200. and ID is DM1908021. An application is available by clicking on the following link http://www.robesonhumanesociety.org/images/Adoption_Application_2015.doc You can email it back to us at rchsfriendsforlife@gmail.com, or fax it to 910-738-8282 (call ahead). All animals at RCHS are up to date on vaccinations, tested for Felv/Fiv, heart worm and treated if positive, de-wormed and spayed or neutered if over the age of 6 months. If they are younger than 6 months, the adopter receives a voucher that is good at any vet and covers a portion of the procedure. For more info on how to adopt, please email us at rchsfriendsforlife@gmail.com or call the shelter at 910-738-8282.
