Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Since he was just a puppy, it was touch and go for Radar because he has a heart condition that compromised his health. He needed to be calm and take it easy. Because of his condition, Radar is a special needs adoption. He is active and loves to play, however, he will tire out sooner than the other dog he plays with.
Also, Radar cannot be neutered. To put him under anesthesia could result in his death.
Radar doesn't know anything at all about this and only that he's a total ham and love bug.
Please consider adopting a special needs dog. They need love too!
Adopt Radar at.houstonk911rescue.org/adopt.
