Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This is Whitt! He is a self merle cross of Aussie/Lab! He is 6 yrs old and a very sweet boy. When he came to us he was heart worm positive. He has now finished his treatment and is heart worm free! Yayy Whitt! He is an active boy and loves to run. A taller fence would be recommended for him. He loves attention and gets along with our other dogs. He does seem to do best with our females and less dominate males. He loves hugs and will wrap his paws around you!
Whitt has also been diagnosed with Nuerogenic KCS (keratoconjunctivitis sicca), commonly known as dry eye. This is a permanent condition which affects tear production. It mainly affects his left eye and causes a reoccurring discharge from that eye. This does not affect his vision or his behavior in any way. With daily cleaning and some artificial tears, he does great. He knows this is a daily routine and sits perfectly for his eye to be treated.
He would do best in a home where he can get lots of one on one attention. We are fostering him in TN. He is ready to find his forever home.
