My story

Meet River! He is a 1 year old Jack Russel mix that is looking for a family and a good time! River is a little nervous about things and people at first but will warm up fast and bond hard, true to his breed. He has a sensitive soul that just wants loves, cuddles and play. He is young and can be molded to your lifestyle with some training, socializing and conditioning. He is great with kids, cats and dogs, but we think he might enjoy slightly older kids. He will bark at new dogs at first but tends to adjust quickly and is very accepting. He would love to spend the day playing fetch and then sleeping next to you in bed. For an added bonus check out his current housemate Rain the Chihuahua, if you are looking for two young dogs and a instant family! River's adoption fee is $250 or $450 for the pair.
