Nigel is a 5 lb 2 yr old Chihuahua rescued from a local shelter after sitting out a stray hold. I don't know how you lose a tiny Chi but I he is probably better off. Nigel likely wasn't treated well or socialized properly. He is very sweet but he does take time to warm up. He can be quite fearful of being picked up which is what everyone wants to do when you are so cute and little. Nigel can be a bit of a land shark so his new family really needs to understand how to work with a traumatized chis. He does allow you to pick him up so he can sit in your lap. he loves to be petted and have his neck scratched. He likes going for walks. He loves his time in the fenced back yard! He would enjoy dog friends that are small like he is! He is a big fan of food. Nigel is crate and house trained Nigel is seeking a Chihuahua savvy adult only home. He is neutered, vaccinated, heartworm tested negative and chipped.
