Meet Diesel! This handsome boy is looking for a forever home! Diesel is approximately 2 1/2 years old and 65 pounds of fun. He is good with dogs, cats and ducks!! Diesel was picked up with his brother as a stray by Detroit Pit Crew.
Diesel has pretty severe anxiety about meeting new people and going new places, so his new family should be willing to work with him on this. He definitely benefits from having another dog with him, so a home with another dog(s) would be best. His new home should also be willing to work with him on his confidence building. Due to these issues, a home without young children would be best. Once he does warm up to people though, he is a great cuddler and very obedient!
He is a VERY sweet boy, who just needs to know he can trust people before he opens up to them. Due to his anxiety about new people and places, multiple meet and greets with his new home would be required. If you have an overly confident dog who could use a side-kick, Diesel could be your guy!!
Diesel is available for adoption through Pet Tales Rescue in Grand Rapids, MI. Please go to www.pettalesrescue.com and fill out an application. His adoption fee is $235 plus $15 for the microchip for a total of $250 payable by cash or card through the rescue's website.
* Pet Tales Rescue does not have a physical shelter location as all of our pets are in foster homes. To meet Diesel or one of our other fosters, you will need to fill out an application.
