My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Precious Little 8yr old, 10lb Auggie, came to us because a very loving daddy surrendered Auggie to his lifetime vet. You see, Auggie got extremely ill with un-diagnosed diabetes while he was traveling, which led to severe pancreatitis as well. Daddy visited him everyday and took care of his medical but because his daddy travels,it makes for him impossible to care for his diabetes and he hoped someone would care for him and love him as much as he did. Thats where United Yorkie Rescue was asked to take him in. This week he has been recouping and he is doing amazing!! He ate all of his dinner tonight so we are officially back to liking food which means we are well!! Auggie is also on only 1 unit of insulin am and pm, so he is very manageable and his meds are very, very inexpensive and easy to administer. We will have a follow up visit with Dr Sam then Auggie will be ready for his furever. This little guy is extremely smart, very very loving and loves his stuffed toys. He will be an amazing addition to your home!
