Tortellini is a three year old cute little mixed breed boy. He is a very unique looking dog! He is neutered, microchipped, fecal tested, heartworm tested, and tested for skin parasites. He is a happy little boy who loves everyone and everything; dogs, cats, people, and kids! Tortellini is currently being treated for a skin infection from being so badly matted and neglected. He holds no grudges though and is happy to be in a foster home! Now he just needs a forever home, could that be you??
