My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Adoption Donation: $400.00

Charlie Chip is a beautiful sweet Maltese boy.  He's 3.5 years old, weighs about 7 lbs, and is a very healthy fella.  His family was no longer able to take care of him so he is looking for a new forever home.

Charlie is a bit shy at first but warms up quickly.  He loves playing with his foster siblings, so he MUST have another dog in the home to be able to play and keep him company.  He is working on his house manners and will potty when taken outside, but then may have an accident inside, so he will need time and patience for him to learn a new schedule for his potty times.

Charlie is extremely submissive, he will literally hug the floor/ground when trying to pick him up, rolling on his back - it is not known why he does this.  He does bark when his family comes home, so if that could be a problem/issue with neighbors then Charlie will not be the right fit.

Due to our seniors for seniors policy, Charlie Chip will only be available to applicants 67 or younger. http://scmradoption.com/seniors.htm

It is unknown if he gets along with cats as there are no cats in the foster home.

Charlie will be relaxing and having play time with his foster siblings in Gainesville, FL until his forever family takes him home.
