Here's what the humans have to say about me:
“Chico” is a little 5-pound black and tan Chihuahua born approximately July 2017. He’s a sweet but shy little guy at first meeting who lost his home because of his caretaker’s failing health. It was pretty obvious from his arrival that he was taught very little as a puppy and needed to learn how to walk on-leash as well as proper social behavior. He’s made great strides on all levels. He's an entirely different dog now. Like most Chi's, he loves to snuggle among a pile of soft blankets. We would like to see “Chico” be the only pet (the only dog at least) in his new forever home so he gets all the attention he deserves. You'll get lots of kisses in return. He’s been neutered, updated on all his vaccinations, tested negative for heartworm, etc., and microchipped. “Chico” has a very sweet personality and will make a great traveling companion. Perfectly crate-trained. House-trained and will "go" on-leash when taken for a walk. Not comfortable around young children; will be best in a quiet, adult or senior home. Contact Lois at catwomanlsk@gmail.com for application instructions. Fee, $250. Senior adopter and/or in-county adopter discount available.
