Here's what the humans have to say about me:
08/27/2019 Pup dateAi-Chan had her dental, and lost 5 teeth. Her senior panel indicates she is a healthy little girl.
Foster mom is getting to know this little girl, and this little girl is settling in nicely. She is now letting foster mom know what she wants. There are 4 other yorkies, but she does not interface with them too much, but she does get along with them.
She likes to take naps in soft beds. She enjoys sun baths outside. She sleeps wonderfully through the night in her own bed. She is now eating much better. I think she now feels safe here, and is enjoying life. Foster Mom is hoping to help her put on a little weight. She is a skinny, long legged girl, and so sweet!
Ai-Chan is a tiny 3.18 lb.,10 year old adorable little girl fostered in Fremont, California. No out of state applications will be considered, or any application more than a 2 hour drive from Fremont. Ai-Chan is a quiet, tiny, little lap baby. She needs a quiet home with someone who is home most of the time. This girl cannot be left alone for more than 4 hours at a time, and preferably, she would go everywhere with her person. A home with a tiny yard, and no children is the ideal. She loves to walk around her yard slowly, and smell and explore, but this little one must be supervised at all times when she is exploring her yard. Her tiny size makes her an ideal target for birds of prey, and coyotes, etc.
Ai-Chan was lovingly surrendered to us, in the hopes she will find this ideal home to live out her senior years. Her Mommy of many years was diagnosed with Alzheimers, and was no longer able to protect her as is required for a dog this small and fragile.
Updates will be provided as we learn more about this sweet little girl. Ai-Chan is Japanese for love, and she certainly is a little love.
