Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
If you love English Bulldogs—the good, the bad, and the silly—than you are bound to fall for Princess Penelope. This 3YO lady is spayed, up to date on her vaccinations, and microchipped. And she’s ready to find her perfect Lord or Lady in Waiting.
Are you prepared to have a ball at the ready and to help Princess P find her favorite (which she’ll lose regularly just to keep you on your toes)? Are you prepared to laugh so hard it hurts when Princess P runs as fast as she can to retrieve it, snorting all the way? And do you like bath time and playing dress-up? If so, this riveting royal may be right for you. Princess Penelope is crate trained and goes potty on cue.
It is important that you know that Princess Penelope had a very rough start in life, so she needs her Ladies and Lords to be mature and patient (no children, please), people willing to help her be her very best self. For her body, that means regular baths to keep those wrinkles healthy and the demodex away, as her immune can’t manage that all its own, as well as thyroid medication, probiotics, and fish oil. For her mental health, that means trying to keep her from getting overly stimulated, because if she’s too excited she forgets humans don’t like love bites; making sure she goes outside when it’s time to poop, as she sometimes forgets to ask; and keeping an eye on her around other dogs and cats. Princess P actually likes both, but because she was so isolated in her early life, she can be a bit pushy when she wants to play with other dogs and if she thinks a cat might have taken her ball she’ll have none of it (did we mention she’s a princess?).
This adorable, loving girl deserves to live the rest of her life as the Princess she is.
If you've never helped a special needs dog thrive before, we at HOWLelujah Rescue would love the opportunity to talk through with you the challenges -- and powerful rewards -- it can bring. If you have what it takes to help Princess Penelope become the Queen of your castle, email us at Howlelujah.rescue@gmail.com
