Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hazel was rescued on 7/15 from the streets of Puerto Rico & arrived in Salt Lake City on 8/14 to find her furever home!
Hazel is the sweetest, sassiest little low-rider with the biggest beautiful ears & she would love to be your soul mutt. She is mostly housebroken, crate trained, spayed, UTD on vaccines, microchipped & ready for meet & greets!
Hazel enjoys running around like a crazy girl with her friends, going for walks, taking snoozes, giving kisses & getting pupaccino's in the morning with her humans.
Adoption donation fee: $250
