My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mika came in as a “stray”. She has been here before but owners never came this time to claim her. We believe she hasn’t had the most stable kind of life thus far. She desperately needs works on her leash manners as well introductions when meeting other dogs. She just comes across as an unruly kind of dog. She is a very anxious girl and very much likes being with someone. She is a playful girl and will do anything to play ball with you.

Seems to love food/treats so training should be fairly easy considering this. She can get a little “grabby” when accepting a treat though. She does know sit but that’s about it. She needs constant reassurance and confidence building to become a well-mannered dog. She is a very active dog and will require a great deal of daily exercise and a completely fenced in yard.

We are looking for a foster or foster to adopt home with a fenced in yard, and no other animals until we can assess her further with other animals.
