Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Kodiak is a 10 month old malamute/husky mix who is in need of a permanent home. He is great with other dogs and lived in a home with a baby and kitten, but was too rough for them. Older children and dog savvy cats are fine. We will require another young, large dog for companionship, must own your home and have a secure fenced yard (must be 5 or 6 feet and secure). He cannot live in a city environment as he is scared around traffic and lots of people, though with time and desensitization, we expect he will improve. He has not been properly treated and is initially shy with new people but comes around and is very sweet. You must have experience with Northern breed dogs and have an active lifestyle to accommodate his exercise needs. He is crate trained but and appears housebroken. If interested please go to www.journeyanimalrescue.org to read about our procedures and process and if interested submit an application. Only once an application is approved will a meet and greet be scheduled.
