Clyde (and his sister Bonnie) came to the shelter after getting into mischief and destroying their neighbor's chickens. It looked like a fun game to them, and they didn't seem to realize the havoc they were causing. Clyde is male, 1 1/2 years old, and weighs 32 pounds. Bonnie is female and from the same litter, so also 1 1/2 years old, black, and 29 pounds. Both have been altered and have been given good vet care. These dogs survived parvo as puppies and Bonnie recently came through temporary tick paralysis. Clyde knows "sit," "down," "roll over," and he is great at catch. He is a very happy boy with pretty brown eyes. Bonnie seems to know those same commands, but she is a little more nervous about performing them. She is treat motivated, though, so easy to train and likes to walk on her back legs. She is submissive but energetic and a really sweet girl. Bonnie and Clyde have always been together but are not a bonded pair. Actually, they might get into less mischief if separated! They are young, medium-sized, friendly, happy dogs ready for their second chance -- just not around chickens!
