My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Missy is a 14 lb female Schnauzer/Shihtzu mix female. She is estimated to be 5 to 7 yrs old. She came to us as an owner surrender due to her owner being unable to provide for her any longer. She is spayed, up to date on shots and microchipped. She tested VERY MILDLY positive for heartworms but had no baby heartworms. We have treated her. She is healthy. Missy is house trained. She is excellent with the other dogs in her foster home. She does want to challenge larger dogs when out on walks. We have been working on this with her. We believe she may have had a bad experience in her past with a larger dog. She is very affectionate and will lean into you for hugs. She loves to be on your lap.
