Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Franklin is one of our more independent cats, although she'll never turn down the opportunity to curl up in your lap. Her favourite activity is playing, both with people and other cats; with humans, she thinks fingers are the best toys ever and the entire hand is the equivalent of finding a pot of gold to this little girl. She isn't a huge fan of being held but, when everything calms down for the day, she enjoys some quiet time curled up on someone's lap. She has done well with the dogs that she's met thus far and has yet to met another cat that she doesn't like. We do not recommend her for a home with children under the age of 5 years, due to her tendency to play a bit rough.
Franklin is one of the cats pulled from a North Carolina shelter last year, prior to Hurricane Florence. She, along with her brother Jefferson (#199-18-067), was abandoned on the steps of the shelter's kitten barn on the Fourth of July. At the time, these siblings were just around 5 weeks old. How they got there or why they were abandoned is not known, only that they now act as if it had never happened. While these two would enjoy continuing their journey and starting a new life together, they are not super bonded and are able to be adopted out separately.
