Little Mr. Bart, came with his mama as an owner surrender. Bart does not look like his mom as she is a small Yorkie but Bart has long legs and he looks like a Whippet. Bart is a true mama's boy and loves having all the attention. Bart does get along with other dogs and cats but has to be introduced slowly...
