Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Ivan was in terrible shape when he was rescued by an animal lover. Unfortunately, his litter mates did not survive the harsh outdoor conditions in which they were found. Ivan had a critical injury to his eye which was clearly infected with no signs of a viable eye remaining underneath. After a surgical procedure and weeks of care, it was discovered that Ivan indeed had an eye remaining, and that it was viable! He was bottle fed until he could eat on his own, and fostered with another hard luck case named Louie, who was found abandoned on a doorstep. They were almost an identical age and they paired up immediately as if they were long lost siblings. Louie paid his own rescue forward by caring for Ivan, cuddling with him, cleaning him and playing oh so carefully with him while Ivan’s eye was recovering. He seemed to know the needs of his brother and his limitations. They both have so many individual characteristics, but what they share in common is their love of humans, dogs, and other cats, and their overall sweet nature. They will meld into any home with dogs or cats. They are grateful, sweet, cuddly, curious, and endlessly playful. After hours of hard play, they will collapse into the nearest human lap and soak up every scratch and pet that they can get. While not necessary for this pair to get adopted together, it would be wonderful if they were. For more information on the boys, send us an email at info@ciatn.org.
**All Compassion in Action dogs and cats must be adopted by families willing to have their pets be a part of their family and must be allowed inside—especially at night. No dog is allowed to be put on a “tie-out” or chain outside and should be walked on a leash when not in a fenced yard.
**All Compassion in Action dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up-to-date on all vaccinations prior to adoption.
**All Compassion in Action dogs and cats are in foster care in middle Tennessee and will be transported to our drop off sites after their adoption.
