Need a great boyfriend? Beau is it!

His human mom passed away and her hubby has gone into hospice so Beau needs a forever home with his people around most of the time...ideally retired or perhaps adult who works from home mostly. He was well kept and vetted since a puppy..we have all of his records. Just under 8.5 yrs, about 19.5 lbs, Black Schnauzer, NOTE he acts a much younger 5 yr old.
Does well with kids over 7, people, and other small dogs but not to go play with. Needs his people more so stay at home family or work from home is mandatory. House, crate, potty trained energetic and very loving. Neutered, microchipped, up to date on shots.

Adoption fee $200 (TX sales tax included, plus 6 months of HW prevention).
