My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi y'all,

My name is Katya and I come to you from Nashville, TN. I am a approx 2 yr old black tri Australian Shepherd. My foster dads tell me I have the most gorgeous blue eyes in the world.
My first few years I spent my life as a breeding dog for some backyard breeder. I made them hundreds if not thousands and all I got was a filthy pen and nasty dog food to eat in return.

That all changed on June 18, 2019. You see my previous owners listed me as a pregnant female (said to have been bred to a double Merle) for sale on Craigslist and that's when my wonderful foster dads and ASF rescued me from my life of hell.

Since being with my foster dads I've slowly learned that not all people are bad and I can trust them. I've learned how to play with other dogs, though my foster brother is a bit annoying most of the time.

My foster dads think I would do well in an Aussie experienced home with a dog friend. I also would do best in a more quiet home as I'm still learning to be a pet and loud noises scare me. I am house/crate trained and walk well on a leash. I've not really been around those things they call cats other than passing and I didn't wanna get close to them, they are kinda scary looking. I weigh 43 lbs and am being fostered in Nashville, TN area.
