Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Stitch is a 3-year-old neutered male yellow (fox red) lab. He weighs 51 pounds and is up to date on shots. This dog is approved for homes with children ages 10 and up.
Hey, I just met you...and this is crazy...but here's my number. Adopt me, maybe?
Stitch is a handsome southern gentleman from North Carolina. He is very gentle and loving. He loves to go on walks and sit outside in the sunshine. He is great with people and other dogs. He is house- and crate-trained; however, a crate is not needed. He would prefer a fenced yard to walk around in at his leisure. Stitch is extremely well behaved and would make a wonderful companion!
UPDATE: Stitch is approved for town-house living. His foster family lives in a townhouse, and reports that he has excellent house manners, he loves to play and snuggle, and he is pretty much the best dog ever! How could you not adopt this sweet boy?!
This dog is available for adoption from Lab Rescue LRCP. Lab Rescue LRCP rescues and places dogs in Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware and North Carolina. Adopters must travel to Maryland, or Virginia with their family - human and canine - to meet the dog they want to adopt.
Lab Rescue LRCP has between 40 - 80 dogs available for adoption from foster homes across Maryland and Virginia, and at monthly adoption events. The adoption event dates and locations are listed at www.lab-rescue.org.
If you are interested in adopting, please visit www.lab-rescue.org and complete an adoption application. After you submit an application, you will hear from an Adoption Coordinator who will guide you through the adoption process.
An adoption fee is charged to cover the cost of veterinary care and a home visit is required.
