My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tommy is my elderly mother's dog. She is no longer able to take care of him, so we need to find him a good home.

He is 7 years old and definitely an alpha dog. He is strong willed, very sweet, a good companion, and a great home alarm. He gets along with other dogs, but he needs to be properly introduced to ensure compatibility. He does bark, but is not an excessive barker. Usually barks if he hears other dogs barking, or if he hears a large truck.

He is house trained and good about letting you know when he needs to go out.

Tommy has immune related Keratitis in both eyes, which has been stabilized and is being treated with one drop of 1% Cyclosporin Ophth Drops in each eye, daily. He also has some skin allergies, so he takes one 3.6mg Apoquel Tablet per day. The cost of his medications is about $250 per 3 months.
