My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Benny a 4-year old Black Labrador Retriever and Great Dane mix came from Houston. We rescued Benny from death row at a Houston Shelter where his time ran out.

Benny is a sweet boy and wants nothing more than to please his people. He needs a little bit more training but otherwise, he is an amazing dog. So full of love and fun. Very playful and engaging with other dogs and people.
Benny would make an excellent running partner, hiking and walking companion. This fella would love to hang out with you whatever you do outdoors. But of course, he will also be your snuggle buddy.
Benny would do best in a home with kids who are 8 years old and due to his size and energy. We don't want any little ones knocked over with his playfulness.
