RACHEL and siblings are absolute cuddle bugs! As of 7/14/19 they are about 8 weeks old. Like all happy puppies, they love playing and doing plenty of it. This group also loves to sit and watch all the people and animals in their foster homes. It looks like they are trying to soak up every moment and learn all there is to know about the big world. These puppies were all lucky enough to stay together with mom until they were 7 weeks old. They reaped the priceless benefits of being a family unit during that crucial developmental period. They are all now in individual foster homes with other resident dogs, learning proper doggie manners and etiquette. They are doing well on their potty training and have definitely mastered the art of cuddle time. They enjoy being carried around, snuggling up in a warm lap and giving puppy kisses. These babies are sure to bring their forever family a lifetime of smiles and happy memories.

RACHEL is microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations including 2 rounds of both the H3N2 and H3N8 canine influenza vaccinations.
Her $490 adoption fee includes her interstate health certificate and the cost of transport to the New England area after she is officially adopted.

All of our dogs start their journey in Memphis, Tennessee where they remain in loving foster families until they are adopted. Once adopted, some pups stay local in Memphis. Many others travel via one of our transport partners to their new forever homes. We use Alpha Dog Pet Transport for our Nashville, Knoxville and some New England adoptions (https://alphadogtransport.com). We also use Pet Express Tupelo (https://petexpresstupelo.wordpress.com/) For our Midwest adopters, we have our own private transport (https://www.facebook.com/roadhomepettransport).
Breed selection is done in conjunction with two local vets and is not to be considered a guarantee but rather a well-educated decision from well qualified staff.
Due to the extremely high volume of inquiries we receive, we ask that you request, complete, and submit an application before asking additional questions. We try very hard to include all pertinent information in our bios. We are excited to help you find your new family member. However, Woof River is 100% volunteer operated. We want to spend our time saving dogs and assisting those adopters who have taken the time to complete an application. Thank you for understanding.
