Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
June 23-09 CHECK OUT BLAZE'S NEW VIDEO. Blaze is an amazing boy with lots of potential. Blaze loves to play in the pen but does not trust you yet to bring his ball or toy to you yet. It took 10 minutes before he would bring his toy to me and still though that I would take it away and never give it back. Blaze is amazing to watch while he plays and can catch things in the air and loves to throw a rope ring in the air and catch it. He likes to play tug a war and we are teaching him give. Blaze will take his toys nicely but will need some reminders as he gets so excited to get it back. Blaze will sit nicely and wait for you to throw the balls and is trying to figure out how he can fit 2 in his mouth at once. Blaze bites at his leash and tries to take himself for a walk and does not like not being the boss. We would recommend putting a deterrent on the leash such as vapor rub to stop this behavior. Blaze is under exercised right now and is just needs to burn off some steam, with some work Blaze can change this behavior and reach his full potential. Blaze is very affectionate and was still on my lap today and just wanted to be petted and snuggled. Blaze is quite barky in his pen but then is very quite when he is out. Blaze gets very excited when he thinks he is going outside, who can blame him so please take him outside and give him a chance to show you his true colors!
June 17 -09 Blaze has settled into his temporary home here and just stands and stares at all the people walking by his pen. Blaze is about 8 months to a year old and still has lots of energy and fun. Blaze absolutely loves to play with the toys and throws them in the air and catches them it is actually quite amazing. He loves to run in the outdoor pen and play keep away with the toys. Blaze is much better with his jumping and is making big step every day. Blaze know his way from his pen to the outdoor area and back to his pen. Blaze is a very smart boy and is very friendly. Blaze does bark in his pen but don't let that fool you he is very quite when he is out and is only barking for attention and to make sure you don't miss him. Please come down and meet this great guy today.
Meet Blaze this guy is full of fun and energy and loves to play out side. He has pretty nice manners and will test you to see if he can be the boss. Blaze will not jump on you if he knows you will not allow it and has good manners, but if you are not firm with him he will try to walk all over you. He is very friendly and is only trying to give you kisses and affection. We are not sure how Blaze is with other dogs and seems to be standoffish at first but then seems to warm up to the other dogs over time. Blaze is not neutered which could be playing a part in him wanting to be the boss. Neutering Blaze can help reduce his tendency to be the boss and is covered in his adoption fee of 166.98. Blaze is a very sweet guy who likes playing with the toys and goes outside to the bathroom. Blaze walks pretty well on his leash and he know sit already. Blaze takes his cookies nicely and is quite eager to do anything for cookies. We are not sure how Blaze is with children and may knock them down accidentally so he should meet any new family members he is going to be living with to make sure he respects them. Blaze is a high energy young boy who would do well with experienced dog owners.
