Hi, I‘m Liza! I am a sweet, young female Shar-Pei. I am petite, weighing only 33 lbs. I came into a New York shelter in horrible shape. I had allergies that were untreated, leaving my skin in bad condition. I am on some medications that are already starting to clear my skin up and my coat is coming back in beautifully. I was very scared when I first came in to the shelter, but I came around nicely and made some good friends at the shelter. The nice people at the shelter saw a lot of potential in me and worked very hard to save me.
I am a very calm, quiet girl. My foster mom says that I have excellent house manners. I am housebroken, ride great in the car, walk pretty well on a leash, and enjoy having my head and back scratched. I am now in a foster home with two other dogs. I am buddies with my canine foster sister, and I enjoy playing with her. I should not live with cats because I like to chase critters, and I hear that cats don‘t really like to be chased. I am super cuddly and give lots of Pei hugs and kisses! I am a very lovable girl. I LOVE laying in the shade out in the yard and just looking around. If you like to sit outside and read, garden, or just look around like me, I would be a great companion. I also really enjoy going for walks or runs...and I love to roll around the grass...everyone thinks this is very funny.
My eyes have been fixed and I am all ready for my “fur-ever” home. Are you looking for a sweet little girl like me? Please
