My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bob(cat) is a real love and a super easygoing cat. He's a real gentleman and never causes any trouble!

He can't resist nuzzling against an outreached hand, and he loves to rub against legs (and anything else in sight). Although he's not a lap cat (yet!), he loves being around people. He likes to sit next to you on the couch, and he'll spend the whole night curled up at the foot of the bed. Because he's easily startled, we think he'd do best in a quiet home with experienced cat lovers who can let him get comfortable. Once he's settled in, he will be so grateful, and he'll nuzzle you all day & night long!


BobCat's story is that he was rescued from a car lot in Bed Stuy in July 19'. According to neighbors he had been living there for several years and fed by the community, but it was obvious to all that he once had a home and a person to call his own. Being a champion community cat like Bob involves caution around anything new and unfamiliar, so for now BobCat is still a little shy and a little skittish, but he's becoming more and more confident every day.

Bob is being fostered in Park Slope and would love you to come and visit.
