Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dean is less than a year old and only 36 pounds. He's a happy, silly boy that seems to love everyone!! Dean does great with other dogs and all of the shelter volunteers. Unfortunately Dean has not had such great care in his short life. He does not appeared to be physically abused or malnourished but he was on a chain that weighed more than he does sitting in the sun with NO shade... Dean is very thankful to be getting the chance to have a better life. Could you be his happily furever after?
