Now it’s Lola’s time to shine!
Lola #A1764288 is another one our hospice pups. We rescued her from Miami-Dade Animal Services on May 16. She previously was adopted from the shelter back in March of 2016, put into the shelters “Deferred Pet” email program in June of 2018 and surrendered back to the shelter in May of 2019.
Lola has had a rough life and at 7 years old, deserves so much better than to be abandoned by her family. Not sure why they would want to get rid of this girl but she is the sweetest! Lola is nothing but a little lover, she loves everyone! She gets along perfectly with people, other dogs and cats!
After saving Lola, we brought her to our vet where they discovered she had dry eye in one eye (so she must receive drops twice a day in one eye), a few missing teeth and a bilateral opacity. None of these medical issues are major which is good but she possibly may develop cataracts in both eyes.
If you are looking to add Lola to your family and show her the love her previous owners failed to give her, she will bring you nothing but joy!
