My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Charlie is approximately 1 ½ years old and is a Rhodesian Ridgeback/Catahoula mixed breed, large size, male dog weighing approximately 65 lbs. He was surrendered in November 2018 to a rural Texas high-kill facility and was pulled the day before he was to be euthanized. He has been at a local boarding/training facility receiving training, and he is looking for his forever home with people who will play with him and give him attention. He has a huge heart and absolutely loves people; he loves to play, is highly intelligent and eager to learn, and will be a loyal companion. Charlie gets along great and plays well with other dogs his size but does not like small dogs. Ideally, he would love a dog his size to play with, preferably a female dog, but another dog is not required. A home with a large yard and six-foot fence is needed for him. He is neutered, heartworm negative and on Trifexis, microchipped, and is UTD on vaccinations. Charlie is currently being boarded in Boerne, TX and his adoption fee is $200.
