My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Lulu. She is a cute little female Chihuahua. She is estimated 10-12 years old and weighs 12.2 lbs. Lulu was rescued from a shelter. She was found in an empty trailer. The owner moved away and abandoned her.

Lulu is very skittish. She hides away from strangers. It takes her a while to accept you. She doesn't like to be picked up. According to the shelter, she has never been picked up. However we found that once she is picked up, she is fine. It is the movement of touching her belly that she doesn't like. After knowing you, she doesn't mind to be pet. She will even follow you everywhere. She loves to eat and will bark at you when you prepare food for her. She likes treats too. She will even come to cuddle with you. Patience, love, and positive encouragement will win over this little beauty.

Lulu is current on vaccines, heartworm negative, microchipped, spayed, and dewormed. Overall she is in very good health. Even her teeth are in very good shape. She will be good for a quiet home. We don't recommend her to be adopted by any family with young kids or active life style.

Lulu's adoption fee is $250. Please submit the adoption application at http://www.charlieswishanimalrescue.org/adoption.html. We need to have the application to schedule a meet and greet.
