Josephine was adopted from our New Leash on Life Basic Obedience Training program. She was returned after 5 years because of the adopters work hours and has housing issues. She has lived with people teenage and up. Josie loves anything with chicken or peanut butter for treats. She has lived with cats and other dogs and small animals and is said to be crate trained. The adopter said she is afraid of people yelling, children, and loud noises.

The whole process is easy and takes a matter of in-office minutes. While we like for our animals to find homes, we require adopting families to meet in our shelter. That way you can meet your new family member and make sure he/she is the one for you. Then we do the paperwork which takes only a little time. We look forward to meeting you.

More about this shelter
We are a compassionate shelter. Our job is to help our animals get ready for their "forever homes". We do this by making their stay with us comfortable, and giving them a healthy, clean, and safe temporary home.
