Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tippy and her brother, Charlie, were found severely abused and dumped in a rural area. Both pups were underweight, full of intestinal parasites and infested with fleas. They also had had their ears cropped very poorly by an amateur at-home hack job and their tails were banded tightly with string in a disastrous attempt at docking. Charlie's tail had already fallen off, but Tippy's was still hanging on, extremely inflamed and swollen.
The pups had to undergo corrective amputation surgery to remove what was left of their badly mutilated tails, but they did very well and are currently recovering in an experienced foster home.
Tippy is not yet fully vetted, but she can go to a foster-to-adopt home at the end of July. Both pups are extremely sweet, very loving and would make great family pets!
