My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Bissell, 7.5 teeny lbs of total love! Words can't really describe how special this little guy is. He's the definition of a social butterfly - always eager to meet new people and loves to brunch! Bissell is currently being fostered with other small dogs and has spent time with a gentle large dog and cat, too. He starts out shy and nervous but with a little time to warm up he'd make a respectful roommate to other animals, or he'd be perfectly happy to be an only child too.

Bissell is paper trained and will go outside as well, but he occasionally marks indoors so patience and gentle guidance will be needed in that department. He has a cataract that has caused him to lose vision in his right eye, but according to our ophthalmology specialists his left eye's doing great and neither needs any treatment. He has curly hair that will need regular grooming - and did we mention he doesn't shed?

Bissell's lively spirit shines through every day and really wraps you around his little paw. He can be vocal when he wants something, so if you're the type that gives in easily to a cute face, resistance is futile!
