My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jess was turned in to the shelter as a stray. She was very matted with overgrown hair covering her eyes. No one claimed her and the shelter was filling up fast due to the 4th of July holiday. We saved her and now she is safe. Jess is about 8-10 months old and weighs 10 pounds. She is good with other dogs and people. She can be a bit mouthy and jumpy when playing so we do not recommend a home with young children but older kids are fine. She is curious of cats and tries to play and bark at them but with some training she should be fine. Jess is a young active dog and will need plenty of exercise and someone that has the time to train a puppy. She would do best with another active dog in the home.
