My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cocoa the velcro dog! She is about 18 months old. . She absolutely LOVES people. She came from a less than ideal situation, living her life tied to a truck. This girl does not hold a grudge, she is so happy to be in a home with her new friends. She loves hanging out with the kids on the couch or laying in the sunshine.

Cocoa's foster mom has been working with her every day, and Cocoa has been a fast learner. She has responded brilliantly to the clicker and treats, and is eager to learn new things.

Sadly, Cocoa's foster family is moving VERY soon, and they won't be able to take her with them.

At this time, Cocoa is not socialized to other dogs, and will need to be the only pet. She will need training to help her with this.

We want to help this little girl but we have nowhere to put her at this time. We are hoping someone without pets will step up to foster or adopt Cocoa. We will cover food, veterinary care and arrange for training classes. All you need to provide is love and structure.
