Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tealc was rescued in 2017 from a shelter in South Carolina, and he's about 5 years old now. He's a sweet, active boy who loves to play or curl up on the couch.
He lived with me through grad school when I was home studying much of the day, but now that I work a demanding job, I don't have the time to be home with him. I was hoping he would adjust to the new schedule, but he's sad in his crate, which seems unfair to him. Hoping we can find him a better situation.
His perfect home would probably be with someone who is home more than just a couple of hours a day, and probably without other dogs because he can be picky with certain dogs. (He loves my brother's dog, but some dogs we see on walks cause him to bark and tug on the leash.)
He doesn't bite, he's housetrained, and he knows basic commands.
