NOW AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION:
“JAZZY” is a very pretty, sweet, gentle and loving blue (sometimes called a bad black OR silver) AKC Standard Poodle who comes to us from a breeder in southern Minnesota. Jazzy had several litters of puppies and is now being “retired” to become a family pet.
While she can be a little shy at first, she WILL quickly warm up and greatly enjoys attention from men as well as women. She is an exceptionally soft and easy going girl who had enjoyed being an understanding and caring mom figure to “Ava” who had been picked on by other dogs.
Jazzy gets along just fine with other quiet and gentle dogs, yet she loves and really wants to be with people in a loving and quiet home. Jazzy enjoys following us around the house, going for rides in the car, meeting people and being with our older grandchildren who are very patient and loving with all of our Poodles. Jazzy IS a very nice Standard Poodle girl and a great opportunity for the right family.
At 2 years of age (November 10, 2016) Jazzy is 23” tall from the floor to her shoulder and weighs a healthy 41.5 pounds.
PLEASE:
*NO cats and certainly NO aggressive or assertive dogs. Jazzy would enjoy being an only dog or with another older, or gentle, or any easy going dog.
*NO young children.
*A fenced yard will be required as Jazzy has been a kennel dog all her life and is not leash trained. Jazzy does love to run and greatly enjoys our large fenced back yard.
*STANDARD POODLE EXPERIENCE will be given priority.
Jazzy is also VERY smart and quickly learned how to muzzle under your hand, so you will pet her. She knows about house training with our “puppy routine”. She will also run up and down the steps, has a strong desire to be a member of a family and loves treats.
To the right family, Jazzy’s adoption fee is $800.00, which includes the $55.00 Minnesota state sales tax. She is Vet checked "healthy", spayed, teeth have been cleaned, up to date on all of her shots, Heartworm / Lymes / Ehrlich / Anaplas tested negative, wormed, placed on a heartworm preventative, Home Again micro-chipped and registered.
Her adoption fee also includes a leash, collar, her very large wire crate, a bag of quality dog food, treats, toys, a folding toy box, a new blanket, a big, soft, doggie bed that fits in her crate, along with lots of good information to help your adoption move forward on the right paw!
